New code to enable the Ranger Role. Details:

1. Ranger Role including Disarm, Rescue, Revive, Track and Trip commands. Note that several of these are multi-Role commands: for instance, Revive belongs to the Doctor, Healer and Ranger Roles. So we've got a leg up on forthcoming Roles as well.

2. Violence enhancements required by the new commands; plus a number of bug fixes.

3. Bug fix to the Follow system. Previously if a leader left a room while a follower was engaged in combat, the follower would be dragged along too, regardless of the status of the fight. Very weird. Now the leader can't leave if any followers are fighting.
