Ranger Skillmaster, as well as others, should upgrade their skills. At least Ranger has many skills that are maxed at level 25. Also Malopath Skillmaster doesn't still teach HiddenEnergySteal, but he teaches AstralenergySteal, which you can't get if you don't have the hidden one

Could the skillmasters give out some kind of hints where to find the next trainer? make it like a quest?
