I've been having something rather odd happen to me lately. Usually, for most internet stuff, I use Mozilla Firefox, but I can't get Triadcity to run through it so I still use Internet Explorer for it. Lately, I can log in through Firefox just fine (that's how I'm posting this), but I can't stay logged through Internet Explorer. I will log in, and it will take me to the page that tells me I'm in, but when I go anywhere after that it says I'm not logged in. Needless to say, this makes it so I can't play, unfortunately. I don't suppose anyone has any ideas? Thanks so much.

Actually, it seems the issue is probably with my computer. I think it likes to tease me.

It's possible that it's your security settings or cookie blocking. Try explicitly allowing cookies from the SmartMonsters site and see if that helps.

Also note that we don't yet have the plugin working properly on Firefox, so as of yet I haven't myself been able to login to TC using Firefox. I'll try to get that fixed up asap.

All right! Go Firefox! I was going to suggest that a while back, but I got caught up doing important things, like staring at my left foot and wiggling my toes, so, you know.

Whoah! That's awful! Being unable to play TC is a serious bummer for me, anyway. I don't have that problem (spyware, perhaps?) but I will not that after I've been logged in for a while (say 30 minutes) with either IE or FF, and try to go to another page, often it logs me back out when I click on it. not sure if that's some sort of intentional safety feature, but it sounds like it might be a milder form of your browser's problems - hope that's of some use.

You're talking about your login to the web site? It does have a timeout. You can change it to two hours by using the controls on the Account page.
