Mark: Today there are Items which are desirable or necessary in TriadCity which can't be found there. They originate only in Midgaard. Certain Herbs for example. TC players can go to Midgaard, find-buy-steal them there, and bring them home to TC. Suppose we formalize this into a Trader Role for TC characters?
Only Traders would be allowed to sell Midgaard-native Items to TC shopkeepers who want them.
This would become a quest-like professional specialization for TC characters. Travel to Midgaard, perhaps put together a Midgaard crew, find the Herbs, buy them or steal them or kill the dragon which hoards them. Bring them back to TC, sell them to the appropriate shopkeeper, make a tidy profit, buy that riverside mansion you covet. Plus, the rare Herbs (or other desirables) are now available for purchase in TC - at a price, obviously.
