I know a lot of people are having trouble learning skills so I thought I'd make the following suggestions:

1) Wear anything and everything you own that increases your intelligence. If you don't have any items that do so, get some!

2) Make SURE you master Learn first before learning anything else. Once you have mastered learn, your chances of learning the other skills are significantly increased. The instructor will tell you when you cannot learn Learn further at the level you are.
