TriadCity Message of the Day
2005-01-12

Players who wish to be are now notified via PC beep when auctions begin, or when other players login.

A single beep means login; two rapid beeps signals an auction. These are your PC's standard system beep tones.

You can choose to turn these off if they bug you. The Auto Flags menu on the Game window now includes three new entries. Beep on Auction is the switch for turning off auction beeps. Uncheck the checkbox if you don't want the notices. Beep on Login does the same for logins. (Test Beep) lets you listen to your PC's system beep, so you can be sure it's loud enough to be heard, and that you'll recognize it.

Thanks to lupin for the fine suggestion!
