Citizen of NorthEast Role

Citizens of the NorthEast Third are entitled to special rights and privileges denied to non-citizens. These include the rights to own property, operate businesses, run for office, be appointed to official posts, and of course, pay taxes.

Good-aligned characters may not become Citizens of NorthEast.
