How to Play TriadCity

The TriadCity Players' Guide

Greeter Role

Greeters welcome new players to the game.

Greeters receive extra notice when new players log in. On a new player's very first visit, every Greeter receives an email telling them of the new arrival. If they're free, they can jump on, say hi, and offer whatever assistance may be useful. On a new player's subsequent visits, Greeters who are logged in receive an in-game note in addition to the usual login message. This is all about being kept aware of when visitors are very new.

Greeters have a simple but important job: say hello to first-time visitors, offer to help, and politely stay out of the way if that's what the newbie prefers.

Greeter has no in-game rolemaster. If you'd like to volunteer, contact Mark or Poobah in-game, or Mark on the Discord.

Greeters must be level 10 or higher.
