The TriadCity Players' Guide
Immortal Role
Immortals have privileged access to administrative utilities,
including the ability to manipulate the game world in limited
ways. For example, they can create and destroy game Items at
will, or enter or leave Rooms via teleportation. There's a
very limited need for Immortals in the TriadCity universe, and
at the moment there are only three of them: Mark, Poobah, and
TelGar.
The term "immortal" is misleadingly left-over from
older MUD and RPG traditions. There's nothing literally
immortal about TriadCity Immortals. They can perfectly well
be killed, and, indeed, Mark nearly has been, twice.
Immortals may be any alignment.
