USE:
- The Balance command takes no arguments. Simply type "balance".
To check your balance, you must be in the same room as a bank teller,
or an automated teller machine.
You don't need an ATM card or anything physical like that.
Note that the current implementation is abstract: there's just one general
"bank", everybody's accounts are the same, there's no interest,
loans, etc.
As we grow the game world we'll implement these features and more.
