There's a "seeing stone" inside the Park of Monsters.

Find the "Orc", also described as the "Mouth of Hell". Inside there's a table and some steps. Go up. On the rock shelf behind the Orc's eyes is a stone.

Look at the stone. It shows the description and contents of a (random?) location somewhere in the world.

I found this fascinating. I guess there are many places I've never found, or anyay I don't remember seeing them before. Looks like more exploration is needed.

I've follow your directions and foound the seeing stone as well... a fascinating item, to be certain. I've seen many exotic places, such as the Mage's guild SpellMaster, The Rat King himself, and even the inside of the Tree of Wealth. I do not believe that the locations are genuinely random, howeverL there seemed to be a certain amount that cycled.
