First you kill a Fido, then you take the meat off the Fido and there you go. Ready to eat. Enjoy!

Or you can sell the meat to the meat factory.

Of course, breadfruit are also a great, free, food source...

it's really great and you don't even need to cook it..
i do like to eat the occasional Breadfruit, but that i've seen what else is out there, im not turning back, and i also feel more potent after eating Fidomeat!
