Yowza, two versions in one day! Are we workin' hard, or what?

New stuff:

1. New Room type which remembers the Items it contains next time the server boots. This is the basis for Inns and player houses, coming soon to a browser near you.

2. Can no longer 'Drop' things inside the donation room: have to 'Donate' them.

3. Can no longer 'Put' things into/onto the tables inside the donation room: have to 'Donate' them.

4. Minor bug fix in the way donation events (the outomes of the 'Donate' command) are displayed to other players.
