Just a note FYI on how and how often the Help robot increases its knowledge.
Short answer: Help's responses are automatically monitored. If it can't answer a question, a notice is sent to its botmasters, who'll determine whether the question merits a serious response - Help having no sense of humor. If yes, the answer will be added to Help's vocabulary very quickly, often within an hour, nearly always within one day. Some of these are new questions, others are unanticipated wordings for existing questions.
Point being: Help is constantly improved. The more questions you ask it, the more it learns to answer.
