Please welcome TriadCity's new Builder: Devo!

Devo has begun by adding pet trainers to the game world. He's written shops for Milla, Pavlov, and now Josephina, the Crazy Cat Lady, plus the Bark and Bites Restaurant for pet owners. We'll probably need some pet supply stores as well. But the real ambition is - a secret! We'll tell you when it's ready.
