    Subject: Intermittent chat channel problem

Whilst in Uk I was unable to use the chat channel, though other ways to talk in-game worked fine.

Am now back in US, and on a totally different pc, and am still unable to chat. I get the "if only you could" range of messages. Anybody shed any light?

I'll keep an eye on it, and the logs. But, right now, am not seeing any problems.
