I've noticed that when a person dies, their items in the inn are lost. It seems like the lawyer/attorney would retrieve those items and inform the heir. (I was thinking that next time that person logs on, they should be informed by the innkeeper or lawyer. Maybe for a week or so)
Also, I think it would be a good system that if the heir is dead it would continue on to that person's heir.
