By request, a new Whisper command is online.

Whisper is a dead cross between Say and Tell. Like Say, it's sent to the current Room. Like Tell, it's sent to a single, named individual. Unlike either, the other occupants of the Room will see that you whispered something, but they won't know what you said.

Please don't Whisper bad things about Poobah, his feelings are easily hurt.
