More commands I would love to have.

I hope that none of these suggestions are repeats!

'whisper' or 'mutter', which could work like 'say' does, only displaying to players who are in the same room.

'shh' to hush people when they are shouting

'console' to, well, console peopl who are upset.

'commend' to praise people who are doing something well.

'quizzical' to give someone a confused look.
