Originally, Spider and Chyenne of one House with Shalako and myself of another formed an alliance for mutual support and sharing housing expenses. As the sole surviving member of the original four, I inherited the notes and drawings the others had accumulated. After deciphering these and double checking them for accuracy, I've made several maps available for general use. There are more to come in the future including a map of Capitoline which I am rather hesitant to complete. To assuage any disappointment, I have an Inns of Court map completed along with the information concerning a tattooist I located in the NW Third. This tattooist offers some very interesting tattoos, among which is the lantern tattoo. Be warned, they are very expensive! Incidentally, among Spider's notes I found mention of a tattooist in the NW Third's Correctional Collective. According to him, the tattoo consisting of 3 dots in a triangle that goes on ones wrist provides a boost to DEX, a tattoo of a cat goes on ones chest boosting STR and he had a tattoo of a ghost on his thigh the benefits of which he hadn't discovered before meeting his fate in Triad City Lawns.

In the NE Third there are 2 tattooists in the prison(no matter how fancy the title its still just a prison). One offers the light fingers tattoo for your wrist cost $87,500, the 3 dots in a triangle wrist tattoo for $35,000, the jumprope ankle tattoo for $35,000 and a third eye forehead tattoo for $70,000. So yep, they are expensive!
