A few ideas for new social commands:

ditty: whistle a little ditty
ok: Give the "Ok" symbol with index and thumb
thumbsup/thumbsdown: Great for gladiatorial combat.
Handshake: Essential for business owners.
finger: to finger an item - some coins, a blade, etc.
menace: to menace someone or something by drawing oneself up to full height, stepping forward, and maintaining eye contact. Maybe also "challenge".
