Since the hour of the day is becoming more and more important in city life, how about a way quickly see what the TC hour is from the "who's on" page or something similar, so that players can easily tell if their favourite shops will be open yet, etc.

It would also be handy in case anyone ever makes a TC firefox plugin that could monitor who's on, last server reset, and the current TC time, so that players can easily tell when to log in.
