It's great having classified ads, since TC is a game in which people cooperating for mutual benefit is key.

The problem is, no-one every thinks to read the darn things! It seems not many folks are reading and posting ads.

So how can we make the classified ads be used more frequently?

I think one good option would be to have "cork boards" around the city, in high-traffic areas (like the subway stations, next to the graffiti boards, for example) which, when looked at, simply open directly to the classified section.

Better yet, maybe if looking at the cork board directly opened one of the four main sections of the classifieds at random, so that the player was always faced with some offers and requests each time.

Could lead to the classifieds reaching that critical mass required for it to take off - and then we all profit!

Placing them in family or community friendly areas would make sense. Inside The Vegetarian Restaurant, for example.
