We need a way to safely leave hard-to-find items where others can retrieve them, without danger of them being scavenged by passing NPCs (or other players).
There are out-of-the-way places which are likely safe. But we need a way to be sure.
Once upon a time there was an idea for a post office with secure post office boxes. Something like that would be helpful.

For the short term, let's use Poobah's dining table. I can flag the room off-limits to NPCs, and can set it so that items left there are still there after server reboots. We'll have to rely on honor between players to ensure no stealing. But for the time being I'm not too worried about that.
Longer term, a secure drop box kind of thing makes sense. I'll try to get to it soon.

That works. Still, a long run solution will be appreciated.

Instead of always Pooh's table, maybe different places around the City? To get people out exploring more? Especially with all the new areas going online lately.
