The long-awaited major reorganization of the TC server code
will be placed online Real Soon Now.
How soon? Probably this weekend.
By "major", we mean that pretty much every line of
code has been touched in some way. All 350,000 of 'em. Most of
these changes should be completely invisible to you. We made
them so that the code will be easier to test. But, you'll
nevertheless see many minor changes which are the result of
numerous bug fixes and general cleaning up.
Over the next few days we'll post a full summary of the coming
changes. Meanwhile, remember to
clear out
your stored items. The new server version will impose a limit
on how many items can be saved in a single room.
