USE:
- There's just one form of the Will command: type "will" and the name of your heir.
To use the Will command you must satisfy certain preconditions.
You must be in the same room as the correct type of CityNet computer.
And you must have in your inventory a certificate from a Notary.
If you already have an heir designated,
using the Will command a second time will change
the heir you've designated.
