USE:
- Use Rest to sit down and regain energy for some time.
The Rest command places you in a sitting position, and allows you to begin regaining energy. While it's possible to regain energy while standing, resting is a much faster way to do it. You can also
Sleep,
to regain energy even faster; and some quantity of sleep is necessary periodically for your intelligence, wisdom, dexterity and other attributes to remain at their peak.
Certain conditions could prevent you from resting. For instance, you could be paralyzed; or you could be fighting. As in all cases, the Game channel will inform you of the outcome of your command.
Like all changes in posture, resting will very likely cause your
attributes to vary, particularly including dexterity and armor.
The Sit command is synonymous with Rest.
