Survey is unusual in TriadCity because its results are displayed in a graphical popup window.
This window is both a list of survey questions, and their available multiple-choice answers.
Each use of the Survey command will cause one question to be displayed.
To answer survey questions you must be in the same room with a Surveyor.
And, there must be survey questions remaining which you haven't already answered.
You can only answer a survey question once, that is, not once per character, but once.
