tag

Purpose: attempt to create a new "it" in the game of tag.

SYNTAX EXAMPLES
1. tag <target> 1. tag guard
2. tag <target> <specifier> 2. tag guard big
3. tag <specifier> <target> 3. tag big guard
4. tag <n>.<target> 4. tag 2.guard

USE:

  1. Use form one when there's no possible ambiguity. In the example, there's only one guard in the current room.
  2. Use form two or three when more information is needed to interpret the command - that is, there's more than one possible target by the same name to which the command could be applied. In the example, there's a big guard, a small guard, etc.

  4. Use form four when there are many instances of <target> available, and you want to tag one of them in particular.

To tag someone you must be "it"

Only characters can be tagged. That is, you can't tag a trashcan, etc. Not all characters will agree to play tag with you. The Game channel will inform you of the outcome of your action.
